I was born in Tainan and grow up in warmly southern Taiwan. Ever since I was little, I loved making cards and ornaments to give to others. I especially enjoyed the smiles on people’s faces when they receive my gifts. When I was 18 years old, I found out this could be a profession so I was determined to do a major in industrial design.
In NCKU, I was involved in many exhibitions and activities other than my academic studies. I was selected to be the leader of Ad group and editor of many periodicals. After graduation, I was hired by NDD Design Group and was responsible for developing a series of self-branding lamps. In 2006, one of the lamps called April Snow won the 1st prize of in a cultural creativity design competition.
In 2007, My friend Sean and I confounded our own studio and started to create a series of products made from concrete. We joined the 100%TOKYO and received many positive responses. Currently, I try to share my observations with people via my design.
